What we use
Vesta uses cookies and similar browser storage to provide sign-in, keep a selected general area, maintain an enquiry basket and protect the service. Supabase authentication cookies support sign-in and session security. The foodfind_customer_area cookie stores a selected general area for 180 days.
The enquiry basket uses local browser storage so a visitor can keep selected menu items for a kitchen. The basket remains on the visitor's device until it is cleared or the stored data is replaced.
Analytics and third parties
Vesta currently uses session storage to create a short-lived analytics identifier for profile, menu and contact interactions. It sends only the event information needed for first-party analytics and stores an HMAC-derived session value for up to 30 days. It does not record direct-message content, final food orders, payments or delivery.
Kitchen pages can include TikTok and other third-party content. External providers may use their own cookies or similar technologies once their content is loaded. Their use is governed by their own policies.
Our next privacy control
Before wider public availability, Vesta will add an accessible choice to accept, reject or manage non-essential analytics and third-party embeds. A link to this notice is not a substitute for consent where consent is required. We will update this page when those controls are available.
